Make Vegan Bacon With Me!

Ingredients:

  • 100 gm shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp ex virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
 

Instructions:

  1. Toss everything together. Place mushroom slices in one layer on baking paper lined trays.
  2. Place in a preheated oven at 200c.
  3. Turn or toss every five minutes until crisp.
  4. Cool on trays.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
