Ingredients:
- 100 gm shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp ex virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
- Toss everything together. Place mushroom slices in one layer on baking paper lined trays.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200c.
- Turn or toss every five minutes until crisp.
- Cool on trays.
- Store in an airtight container.
